Day 1: Departure to the South
Early morning departure from Tunis towards Douz, the gateway to the Sahara.
- Arrival in Douz: Discovery of the Palm Grove and thermal springs.
- Typical Tunisian lunch at a local restaurant.
- Continuation to Merzouga: Crossing oases and desert landscapes.
- Night in Berber camp: Accommodation in traditional tents.
- Berber evening: Mint tea, traditional music and stargazing.
Day 2: Exploration of the Great Erg
Day of exploration in the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
- Magical sunrise over the dunes (optional).
- Camel ride: Discover the desert like a real nomad.
- Lunch under tent with local specialties.
- Visit to the Saharan Heritage Museum: Traditional Berber objects.
- Afternoon free: Walking in the dunes or resting.
- Dinner and night in Berber camp.
Day 3: Return to Tunis
Last day of your Saharan adventure.
- Traditional breakfast in the camp.
- Return to Tunis: Visit to the oasis of Nefta (seasonal).
- Lunch break in a town of the Sahel region.
- Arrival in Tunis: Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
