How much time do we spend at Utique?

Around 2 hours for a complete visit of the archaeological site: monumental baths, mosaic houses, remains of the ancient port and museum.

Is the Utique site well preserved?

The Roman baths are impressive and well preserved. The Punic remains are more fragmentary but fascinating for archaeology enthusiasts. A guide is recommended to bring the ruins to life.

Is lunch included?

Is Cape Angela easily accessible?

Yes, a short path leads to the lighthouse and the exact geographical point. Comfortable shoes recommended but no particular difficulty.

The Ichkeul excursion is nature-oriented (UNESCO lake, migratory birds) while this one is archaeology-oriented (the Punic site of Utique, 3000 years of history). Both include Bizerte and Cape Angela.
