What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 3 days. For shorter rentals, please contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate your needs depending on availability and season.
Can I cancel my reservation for free?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are completely free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee, and no-shows are charged a one-day rental fee.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Absolutely. You can modify dates, vehicle type, or pickup location by contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Changes made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Last-minute modifications are subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard (credit and debit), and cash in TND or EUR at pickup. A credit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.

Documents & Requirements

What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge. Some premium categories require a minimum age of 25.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need: 1) A valid driver's license held for at least 2 years. 2) A valid passport or national ID card. 3) A credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit.
Is a deposit required? How much?
Yes. A refundable deposit is blocked on your credit card at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle category: Economy: 150–250 TND, Mid-range/SUV: 250–400 TND, Premium: 400–500 TND. The hold is released within 7–14 business days after return.
Do I need an International Driving Permit?
Foreign visitors can use their national driver's license. However, we recommend carrying an International Driving Permit (IDP) if your license is not in Latin characters. It can be helpful during police checks or in remote areas.

Insurance & Protection

What insurance is included in the rental price?
Every rental includes basic liability insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a deductible. Third-party protection (TP) is also included as required by Tunisian law.
What protection levels are available?
Basic (included): CDW with standard deductible. Medium: Reduced deductible for extra peace of mind. Full Protection: Zero deductible — you pay nothing in case of damage. Options are shown during booking.
What happens if I have an accident?
Ensure everyone's safety, then call our 24/7 hotline at +216 22 205 450. Contact the police (197) if needed. Do not admit fault. Take photos and fill in the accident report form in the vehicle. We handle the rest.
When is my deposit refunded?
If the vehicle is returned undamaged with a full tank, the deposit hold is released immediately. It may take 7–14 business days for the hold to disappear from your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Vehicle & Driving

What is your fuel policy?
We operate a full-to-full policy. You receive the car with a full tank and must return it full. If the tank is not full at return, a refueling charge plus a service fee will apply.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. All our rentals include unlimited mileage at no extra cost. Drive from Tunis to Djerba and back without worrying about distance charges.
Do you offer GPS navigation?
Yes, GPS devices are available as an optional extra. Alternatively, we recommend using free apps like Google Maps or Waze, which work well across Tunisia with a local SIM card.
Do you have automatic cars?
Yes. We have a growing selection of automatic transmission vehicles. Please book early as they are popular with tourists. See our automatic car rental page for details.

Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. We provide free pickup at all major Tunisian airports including Tunis-Carthage (TUN), Enfidha-Hammamet (NBE), Monastir (MIR), Djerba-Zarzis (DJE), and Sfax-Thyna (SFA). Our agent meets you in the arrivals hall.
Is after-hours pickup available?
Yes. We operate 24/7 for airport pickups. For city or hotel deliveries outside standard hours (8 AM–8 PM), a small after-hours fee may apply. Contact us to arrange.
Can I pick up in one city and drop off in another?
Yes, one-way rentals are available between all our locations. A one-way surcharge applies depending on the distance (typically 20–100 TND). The exact fee is shown during booking.
What happens if I return the car late?
A 1-hour grace period is allowed. After that, 1–3 hours late incurs a half-day charge, and more than 3 hours late is billed as a full extra day. Please call us in advance if you expect a delay.
