Vehicle Usage
- Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 25 years old.
- Driving Licence: A valid licence held for a minimum of 2 years is required. An international driving permit may be needed for non-Latin-script licences.
- Authorised Zones: Vehicles may be driven throughout Tunisia. Cross-border travel is not permitted without prior written authorisation.
- Sub-Rental Prohibited: The rented vehicle may not be sub-rented, lent or transferred to any person not named on the rental agreement.
- Authorised Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental contract may operate the vehicle.
- Traffic Laws: The renter is responsible for obeying all Tunisian traffic regulations. Fines and penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

- Free Cancellation: Cancel your reservation at no cost up to 24 hours before pick-up. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may incur a fee.
- No-Show: If you do not collect the vehicle and do not contact us, a cancellation fee may apply.
Rental Extension
Need the car for longer than planned? No problem. Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date. We will check vehicle availability and offer you the best possible rate for the extension period.

Fuel Policy
Our fuel policy is straightforward: return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you collected it. The fuel level is recorded on your rental agreement at the start of the rental. If the car is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged at the current pump price plus a refuelling service fee.
Damage & Liability
A vehicle condition report is completed at pick-up and return. Any new damage identified at return that is not recorded on the pick-up report will be charged to the renter. We recommend inspecting the vehicle carefully and reporting any existing damage before departure.
